The Raiders have announced a few roster moves, including one for a veteran who just joined the team. Las Vegas has placed defensive lineman Jordan Jenkins on injured reserve.
Two AFC teams have now moved Jenkins off their 90-man roster this week.
Defensive end Jordan Jenkins didn’t have to wait long to find a new team after being released by the Texans on Tuesday. The Raiders announced Jenkins’ signing on Thursday afternoon.
Jenkins is drawing interest just days after being released by the Texans.
Jenkins had been dealing with a strained calf that landed him on the physically unable to perform list to start training camp.
According to Aaron Wilson, the Texans are cutting DE Jordan Jenkins. The veteran had been on the PUP list with a calf strain so far during training camp.
