Cesar Ruiz of the New Orleans Saints suffered an injury during the game against Green Bay. Saints medical staff treated Ruiz for a concussion. He's headed to the locker room, according to SNN's John Hendrix.

New Orleans drafted Ruiz out of Michigan in the first round of the 2020 NFL Draft.
Ruiz left the contest as New Orleans took a 14-0 lead over the Packers in the 2nd quarter at Lambeau Field.
