Former longtime NFL quarterback Matt Hasselbeck is making a new move in his football career, according to ESPN’s Pete Thamel.
He’ll serve as the offensive coordinator at Ensworth School in Nashville. His brother, Tim, who also played in the NFL and was an analyst, is the head coach.
Hasselbeck’s NFL career spanned across three decades (1998-2015), but is most known for his Super Bowl run with the Seattle Seahawks in the mid 2000s. After his playing career ended, he joined ESPN where he worked primarily on Sunday NFL Countdown and Monday Night Countdown before leaving the company in 2023.
He most recently coached his alma mater, Xaverian (MA) this past high school season.
