Look: Former Bills star roasts team for horrible seat at game

The Buffalo Bills welcomed back former star linebacker Takeo Spikes on Sunday to get the crowd fired up for their home opening win against the Las Vegas Raiders.

He just did not seem to be interested in staying for the duration of the game because they gave him an absolutely terrible seat with a very obstructed view.

Spikes called them out for it on social media as well.

He continued to share his thoughts when followers responded to the picture, saying that disappointment was an "understatement,"

Long-time Buffalo sports writer Tim Graham responded by noting that other Bills alumni have made similar complaints in the past, including Hall of Fame head coach Marv Levy. How do you not even give the coach that took you to four straight Super Bowls a good seat when he comes back?

Spikes played four seasons for the Bills from 2003-06.

Along with the Bills, he also spent time in his career with the Cincinnati Bengals, San Francisco 49ers, San Diego Chargers and Philadelphia Eagles. He appeared in two Pro Bowls in his career, both with the Bills, and was also a first-time All-Pro during the 2004 season, when he recorded 98 tackles. three sacks, eight tackles for loss, one fumble recovery, 18 pass defenses, five interceptions and two touchdowns.

At his peak he was one of the best middle linebackers in the NFL.

The Bills appreciated that so much they stuck him in the obstructed view seats on Sunday.
