Watch: Jac Caglianone's incredible two-way performance leads Florida to win vs. Miami

By now, everyone is aware of international superstar Shohei Ohtani and his penchant for hitting and pitching. However, a new two-way phenom is emerging in college baseball -- Jac Caglianone of the Florida Gators.

On Sunday, the left-hander was a wizard on the mound and masher at the plate in an 8-4 win over Miami.

Caglianone was nearly untouchable on the bump, pitching six scoreless innings of three-hit ball while striking out a career-high 11 batters.

Meanwhile, Caglianone finished 3-for-5 with the bat, including a mammoth blast in the fifth inning that traveled 408 feet.

After the game, Miami head coach JD Arteaga said Caglianone was "As advertised."

"Has been for the last couple years, and he's got a very, very bright future ahead of him," Arteaga told Jacob Rudner of 24/7 Sports.

Pitching and playing first base, the six-foot-five, 245-pound 21-year-old is on track to be one of the first names called in July's MLB Draft. According to MLB.com, Caglianone is ranked fifth among top draft prospects.
